Role license analysis and over-licensed users
In D365 F&O, the license a user needs depends on the security roles they're assigned. Kourx works out what each role requires, then compares it with what each user is licensed for. Anyone paying for a higher license than their roles need is flagged.

FAQ
Common questions
Does Kourx send any of our data outside D365?
No. Kourx runs entirely inside your Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment. The scan, the results and the reports all stay there.
Can Kourx change user licenses or roles?
No. Kourx is read-only. It shows you which licenses can be removed or lowered, and your admins make the changes.
How is it installed?
Kourx is delivered as a standard deployable package. You install it in a sandbox first, test it, and then deploy it to production the same way you deploy other D365 F&O packages.
Is the free edition really free?
Yes. The free edition includes all four reports and the weekly scan at no cost. The full edition adds dollar savings and finance reporting.
